Dougie, 5 y/o, Male, Weimaraner Mix. Dougie was rescued from a local shelter after he was picked up as a stray. At first encounter, Dougie can be timid, maybe even cautious, but once you gain his trust he is great. Doggie would just love to have a home of his own, where he can receive the love, attention, and training he so much deserves. He loves to run and play and go for car rides so he can be the copilot. Basically, Dougie just wants to be with his people. Dougie is a strong boy, so he would do best in a home with older children. He does great with most other dogs. In addition, Dougie has proven to do fine with indoor cats! He is neutered, current on vaccines, and heartworm negative. Dougie is currently Fostered in Oakland.
