Blaze's Story...
AVAILABLE 08-10-14 Blaze is about 2 to 3 years old and came in with a cat and two kittens. His shiny black fur has a kind of dark chocolate sheen. He is housetrained and good with kids. He is always very excited to go on walks and loves treats. Blaze likes attention and toys. He is heartworm negative and up to date on all shots. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blaze, a Elizabeth City Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Elizabeth City, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Elizabeth City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elizabeth City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elizabeth City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elizabeth City paves the way for another one to be saved.
