Thumper's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Thumper's Story...
Thumper is a 12 week old bully mix who came to us from our local pound along with his two sisters. He has been raised in a foster home with kids and other dogs.

$175.00 adoption donation helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. ($200 for puppies under 6 months old). All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases, microchipped and vaccinated for rabies, distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites if needed. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as surgeries and dentals. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thumper, a Staunton Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
