Marley's Story...
This handsome boy is a BIG hunk of love! Marley is a happy-go-lucky three and a half year old Australian Shepherd-Retriever mix who is ready for his new leash on life. This sweetie loves to give sloppy dog kisses and is a snuggler. He is great with kids of all ages, and loves other dogs. He is VERY large, so he might knock over young toddlers accidentally. Marley loves to run and play. He adores toys, loves Kongs filled with peanut butter, and enjoys playing tug-of-war. He is a big goof-ball who is sure to keep you laughing for years to come with his sweet, curious personality. Marley will need an owner that can brush his out regularly to keep his fur from matting up. He is up to date on his vaccinations, is microchipped, and neutered. Stop by to visit with this happy, charming boy today! We are open from 12-6 daily!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marley, a Benbrook Australian Shepherd/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
