Ava was surrendered to the shelter because she was not adjusting to the younger dog in the household
Very sweet and always smiling
Loves to be near her people and relaxing with them
Really enjoys attention and being pet; don't be surprised if she nudges you for more
Not very interested in toys
As far as potty-training, we recommend keeping them on a regular schedule and crate-train until you can learn each other’s signals and daily schedules
Ava does have severe hip dysplasia in her left hip and arthritis that will need to managed indefinitely; Ava's new family needs to discuss plan with their family veterinarian
She prefer a home with a CALM dog or to be the only dog
