Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beau is a 3-4 year old, male, Field Setter, who found himself sitting in a local shelter. He was brought in as a stray but never claimed by an owner.
True to his breed, Beau is an active dog that needs exercise. He needs an experienced setter (or bird dog) family willing to spend time training and working with him. Beau needs help building his confidence and social skills. He is good with other dogs (has no aggression issues) but gets scared and overwhelmed when too many dogs are around him. Beau loves people and will crawl on your lap to receive an ear scratch and belly rub. With training, patience and love, Beau will be your best friend.
Beau is altered, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm, tick and lyme disease.

We are asking for a $200 adoption donation which helps us purchase food and vet care for the other dogs in our rescue.
