Indy's Story...
Indy is an active kitten who loves to play and cuddle. Her mom is a half bengal, but she has quite a bit of white and as she gets bigger, the fur is getting longer, so she should look much like a Turkish Van as an adult. Her coat is the silky sleek type which is typical of the van as well. She has a twin brother, who has the same markings as she does and they are available as a pair on the Buddy Special. This baby will be available on August 30 to go home. They are felv and fiv negative and her adoption donation is $50 cash for one and $75 for two. If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to our website at and fill out the application located at the bottom of the page and email it to
Out-of-state adoption fees may vary. We do not ship animals. Adopters must come to get their animal and accompany it back home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Indy, a Dallas Turkish Van kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Turkish Van for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Turkish Van kitten from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Turkish Van breeders who help with Turkish Van rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
