Misty the pony and Scooter the mini-donkey first came to CAS 10 years ago from a neglectful home. They quickly bonded and were adopted together by a loving, caring family. Recently, their adopter became ill and could no longer care for them, though she wanted them to have a wonderful forever home. So Misty(13) and Scooter (12) are living large at the sanctuary, despite their small stature. They spend their days grazing happily beside the sheep and goats with lots of visitors to dote on them. Scooter is very friendly but Misty is a bit on the shy side. They both deserve a forever home with someone who has the time and patience to win over their hearts. Since they have been together for so long and are very bonded, Misty and Scooter must be adopted together.

Misty and Scooter are available for adoption from CAS for a donation fee $400. If you can't adopt, you can also sponsor Misty or Scooter for $75 each per month.
