Snickers's Story...
Snickers, as sweet as the candy she is named for and with the same swirl of colors! She is a beautiful soft Maine Coon with that wonderful personality so characteristic of the breed. She is also a major lap cat. Loves her person!
I was wondering why I wasn't getting any emails on Snickers then I discovered she wasn't posted.
Snickers is a super friendly playful girl that dashes up the cat tree and over to the mantel all the while NOT knocking anything off like her clumsy friends. She loves to sit up at the top of the cat tree and groom herself looking down on the others. She has a beautiful fluffy tail which you can't see in these photos.
She is also very people friendly and will chirp at you to say hello.
Snickers must have been someone's only cat because she really doesn't care much for other cats. She will co-exist with them but would be very happy being the only kitty in the home.
Snickers was rescued from the local Humane Society. They asked us to take her since she had just been dumped with a very back URI and kittens! She was still the loving mother even with a terrible kitty cold. Now her kittens are gone and she is ready for her own home.
I love this girl, she deserves owners as nice as she is in a forever home. She has no bad habits, likes the scratching post and uses litter box. Snickers is spayed, microchipped for ID, negative for FeLV, current on shots, dewormed and flea free.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snickers, a Mission Viejo Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Mission Viejo, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Mission Viejo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mission Viejo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mission Viejo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mission Viejo paves the way for another one to be saved.
