Briggs is a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix approximately 2 years in age. He is a compact, cuddly boy weighing in at 10 round and snuggly pounds. Briggs has been professionally groomed and currently has a shorter haircut. His coat is soft, non-shedding curls of black, brown, and a tiny bit of silver. Briggs has a jaunty tail that curls up over his back and a teddy bear appearance. He is a friendly, social young dog and he loves being part of the family. Wherever you happen to be, that's where Briggs will be too. He is family oriented and affectionate as can be. He is confident when meeting new dogs and people, and likes to be included in daily family life. Briggs would be thrilled to accompany you on errands, or go for a morning stroll through the neighborhood. He is playful when the mood strikes him and snuggly at other times, stretching his stubby little legs out behind him like a frog and resting. Briggs loves treats and the way to his heart (or one of the ways) is definitely through his belly. He walks nicely on leash, strutting his stuff out in front for the world to see. He is delightful, sweet boy. Briggs was brought in stray to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where we rescued him. He is healthy and looking for his new forever home today!
Briggs’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Briggs is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Lynda, Eric and Lisa and is ready for his forever home.
