Hello World,
My name is Higgins and I am a very sweet and loveable little bichon of one or two who is affectionate, playful and friendly – and comes in a cute package!

Mom says I love playing with other dogs (the more, the merrier) and going for rides! Dad says I’m very smart. I love to walk -- but my favorite thing to do is snuggle when my walks are over. (Mom says I love being held and would gladly stay in your lap forever – or can sit contentedly under your desk for hours on end!)

Mom says I am learning to be housebroken (I haven’t broken anything – honest!), sensitive and totally devoted. She says I am very happy to learn new things and will work very hard to please you and make you happy.

I really like people and am looking for a loving companion, a walking partner, a dog to take to the park or beach or rides in your RV or convertible, If that sounds like you, then I’m your guy!
