Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duke is a really bright dog. He is trained to sit, he plays fetch & catch. If he is barking at someone all you need to do to make him stop is firmly tell him it's Ok and tell him to stop or hush. He does nip when he licks/kisses you. His ears are very sensitive . I was told he had a very bad infection in his ears when he was younger.
Dogs name: Duke
Dogs age: 2 1/2-3 yrs.
Gender:male
House trained: yes
Crate trained: yes
Heart worm test: neg last time ckd
Not on any heart worm preventative
Neutered
Micro chip: yes
Good with most other dogs
Not good with Cats
He does good with older children due to the fact he likes to jump up on you. He tries to herd or dominate younger children (6 & younger ) My younger grandson (2 1/2) has an issue with blowing in dogs faces, this has caused an issue with him growling at him when he even gets close to him. He is very protective. When someone comes to the door he gives a good GSD bark, but can be told to hush and he stops. Hopefully this helps you.get to know Duke a little.
Please call or email if you would like to meet him.
