Ashley Olsen is a lovely cat. This sweet girl came from a hoarding situation with her sister Mary-Kate (adopted) where 120 cats were living in a 700-square-foot apartment. Understandably, she is quite shy with new humans as she has not had a lot of good experiences with them. But with time, patience, and understanding this little girl really starts to come around.

With people she knows, this kitty is a lover: she purrs as you walk in the door, flops over and kneads the air as you approach, and leans in for a good head scratch. Ashley is the kind of cat who needs to feel safe before she can feel brave. If new people come over, she will choose to hide until she feels comfortable, but will eventually come out to investigate.

Ash is very curious about the foster dog in the house. Unfortunately, the dog is still working on her manners and will get quite excited at times, which Ash does not like. However, when both are calm, they have been very close to each other.

Ashley loves to get comfortable underneath blankets and pillows. She will pull and puff them up until they are just right, and then settle in for a nap. She is also quite chatty—she always wants to tell you about her day!
