Meet Kairo! Kairo is a ladies man =)
Kairo is a 4 year old blonde GSD that weighs in just around 75 lbs. Kairo is wonderful with the other dogs in his foster family. He loves to play and wrestle and play chase. Kairo came to DFW GSR in the Summer of 2012, he was bald with mange and was skin and bones. He had lived out in a yard for his entire life and was covered in demodex mange. Kairo has been fully treated for the mange and is completely healed. He has also put on about 20 lbs.
Kairo loves women and children, his only issue is with men. He is afraid of men, he is not aggressive towards them, he just avoids them. We are assuming that Kairo was abused by a man in his younger days before finding himself in the shelter. We have not found him to be a danger to anyone, he is simply nervous around men and would prefer not to be around them.

Adoption fee is $300.00; this includes spay/neuter, pre-anethetic bloodwork, HW test, all vaccinations, rabies vaccine and microchip.
