Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOSTER LOCATION: Twin Falls, ID
Hey guys my name is Ruffles; yeah, yeah I know, I teased a lot by the other male dogs about my name but I wear it with pride. I got my name from the young boy in my foster home and I love him so I love the name. I'm a 1 year old cattle dog mixed with a whole lot of handsome and I'm quite the catch despite the silly name.
I'm an easy going guy, very laid back and just like to hang with my friends. And boy do I have a lot of friends; humans, dogs, cats I like them all. Well cats scare me a bit if I'm going to be honest. I've found it's easier and way more fun to make friends then not; I don't like confrontation and cats can be a bit confrontational so I tend to steer clear of them. So far I haven't met a dog or a human I didn't like!
But my favorite thing in the whole world is to spend time with people. I admit I tend to be a bit clingly and like to be with my foster family all the time and tend to follow them around. But you know with a guy like me who has been turned loose to fend for myself, then picked up and passed around a bit before winding up at the shelter I just like to know that they are still around and love me. I promise though I'm not a pest and I'm very quiet. I really, really want to live with someone who is home quite a bit and maybe has a fun dog for me to play with.
You should also know that I'm a smart boy and am eager to please. I am house trained, pretty good on a leash, have perfect house manners (which is good because those crate things scare me) and I know how to sit. I'm ready, willing and able to learn most anything you want to teach me; just means we get to spend more time together. Oh yeah and my friends over at Fuzzy Pawz wanted me to tell you that I'm neutered, microchipped and current on all my vaccinations.
There is a $75 adoption fee to help cover the cost of m vet visit.
If you would like to see if we could be best friends let my friends over at Fuzzy Pawz Rescue know by filing this out: http://fuzzypawzrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application-2/
