My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ghost! Despite his name he is 100% real and 100% adorable. Ghost is a little guy at 8 lbs and 9 months old, but don't let the short legs fool you. He's very active and loves to play, go for walks, or go for hikes in the woods. His favorite toys are paper towel rolls and acorns, and like any little kid he loves to play in the leaves. Back home after his adventures, Ghost is a lap, bed, or couch cuddler who'll give you kisses. He loves attention and contact, and he'd probably do best in a family where someone is home most of the time.

Ghost loves other dogs and cats, especially young cats that will play with him, and he's very affectionate with people he knows. He is slow to warm up to new people, though, and gets stressed if they try to push him too fast. It can take him a few hours or even a day or so to get completely comfortable with someone. His ideal home will understand this and let him get acquainted at his own pace. It's completely worth it to make friends with this little lovebug!

The adoption fee is $150.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
