HANNAH Referral's Story...
HANNAH referral. The two German Shepherds, Hannah and Lucky, were left by their owner at the Raton Humane Society, and they’ve had them since June 25, 2014. Hannah is the mama to Lucky. They are both fully vetted, microchipped, heartworm tested, and current on all shots. The shelter is full and these 2 are in danger. They are bonded, so it would be wonderful if they could go together. Transport is available from Raton, NM. Please contact Barbara at Raton Humane Society, 575-447-9328. blazingseven@bacavalley.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

HANNAH Referral, a Littleton German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Littleton, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Littleton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Littleton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Littleton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Littleton paves the way for another one to be saved.
