My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hodor is a six month old Hound/Shepherd mix, approx. 35-40lbs and growing, who was abandoned on a rural road. He is, like his namesake, big, friendly, eager-to-please, and not too bright - but he tries REALLY hard at anything you ask him to do! Hodor loves all people and is great with dogs - not reactive too but perhaps a little overwhelming to cats. We have been working hard on not jumping up on people and he redirects to a sit well. He is super submissive both with people and dogs; I think part of this is his disposition but he may have also been mistreated as any raising of your voice or aggressive movements cause him to hunker and roll over. Besides this, however, he is a super happy, goofy boy who loves meeting new people; walks well on a leash but needs some more work with pulling, and is crate trained. Hodor is neutered, UTD on shots, HW- and on preventives, dewormed, and on Comfortis for fleas (no microchip).
