Buddy's Story...
Buddy is a gorgeous, strapping young lad! He's an American Bulldog/Boxer/Staffordshire Terrier mix who weighs about 50 pounds. He's a very affectionate pooch who loves all people and enjoys wrestling with other dogs his size. He was found as a stray and he was almost put down at the city shelter due to lack of space. He LOVES toys and is a total show-off. He's an active, playful guy who would be a great dog to hike or run with, but he also easily turns to puddy in your hands if you give him a belly rub! He loves to cuddle, is housetrained and very intelligent. Aside from needing some basic obedience training (he's strong and likes to jump up when he gets excited), he's a wonderful companion who loves to give kisses.

Buddy is fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, and will be neutered. Adoption fee is $175.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Brooklyn American Bulldog/Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a American Bulldog/Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
