Mandy's Story...
Hi everybody, my name is Mandy! I came into the shelter as a stray a few weeks ago & I've been using this time to put on weight & learn to trust again. I was a sight when I first got here... skinny, patches of missing hair, & afraid of my own shadow. But my volunteer & staff friends are so kind & gentle with me & they take really good care of me, & as I'm starting to relax my personality is starting to come out. I'm a very sweet girl who has a gentle temperament. I seem to love other dogs because I really perk up when any are near me but I haven't had a play date yet. Hopefully soon! As I put on weight everyone remarks about what a beautiful girl I am, & I love the attention! I'm looking for a home with a lot of love, affection, & patience. If you're looking for a dog who will love you for the rest of her life & wake up every day grateful to be with you, consider me! Come down to the shelter to meet me today. I'm waiting for you! xoxo, Mandy

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mandy, a Tinton Falls Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Tinton Falls, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Tinton Falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tinton Falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tinton Falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tinton Falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
