Benjamin's Story...
Hi my name is BENJAMIN and I am a very handsome two year old all black male with BIG SPARKLING eyes. I am very FRIENDLY and OUTGOING and definitely know what I want. I love HUMANS and will RUB all over you and sit in your LAP. Sometimes I give love bites but you'll get to know what I like and dislike. Getting back to my likes, I love to PLAY and EXPLORE and would rather be your ONE and ONLY so I can get all the attention. I am neutered, UTD on shots, and negative for FIV/FeLV.
To meet me, fill out the CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Benjamin, a Long Beach Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
