When we saw little Bree cowering in the back of her cage at a local shelter, trembling and trying to hide under her food bin we knew she had to come to one of our foster homes. Bree is only about 5 months old and looks like a tinier version of a German Shepherd, only about 20lbs now and looks like she will be a medium-sized dog. She is very timid, but already opening up and starting to wag her tail at us. She comes alive as soon as she sees another dog and frantically wags her tail and tries to get to them to give kisses! She is looking for a home with at least one other friendly social doggie friend for her to follow, and someone who will make sure she gets the training and socialization she lacked the first 5 months old her life. We do not have a shelter- all our pets are in foster homes and can be seen by appointment only during the week, or at our weekly pet adoptions every Sunday at the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains from 12:30 to 3PM at 3009 Route 10 East next to 5 Star Car Wash (formerly Boulder Car Wash) in Morris Plains (Denville on GPS).
