Meet Bubba !! he is one easy going mellow fellow until he sees mud or water. Then he turns himself into a pig ! We pulled Stinky Bubba out of the medical section of the East Valley Animal Shelter. He had a bad cold and some growths in his ear, so he was available to rescue groups only. We got the big boy healthy, cleared up his nose and lungs, and a skin infection. He was clearly neglected by his previous owners. Once he was healthy we had the growths removed from his ear. Now he is ready to go. He can be placed in a home with kids and or other dogs. He will not be placed in a home with an aggressive or dominant male. Bubba has no way to protect himself. This boy is a total sweetheart. He loves his crate too. He goes outside to pee, and then runs back into his crate to sleep. He gets along with all the Pit Bulls and Mastiffs in the program. Bubba deserves a great loving home. Something he's never had. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, dewormed, licensed, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Also included is a free health check by our licensed veterinarian. The dogs that come out of our program are very well socialized when they leave, both with people, and other dogs. It is up to the new owners to maintain this. All of our dogs, young and old are crate trained. This gives the new owner a head start for house breaking, and to curb any separation anxiety and or destructive behavior. Most of our dogs are in foster homes and we are able to tell you lots about each of their personalities. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An adoption fee, application, and contract are required.
