My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ava is a dog who was dearly loved by her owner, but he had to give her up because his elderly father had to move in, and Ava and old granddad just didn't mix.

This 2 year-old German Shepherd Dog is gorgeous example of her breed. She's a bit chunky but would prefer not to talk about that, though she expects to have lots of time to exercise in her new home.

Ava can be quite rude, barking fiercely at people who appear to be a threat. (When she meets you, though, she's all love and playfulness.) For that reason, Ava should not move into a home with minors or with adults who cannot control a powerful dog. She must be an only pet.
