Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Looking for a wonderful Labrador retriever? One that is gentle and affectionate. One that is playful, but not overly hyper. One that would be a great addition to any family or a wonderful companion dog for hiking, running, walks in the park? Then you have found your dog in our girl Avery. Avery is a female, Labrador retriever. She could be full blooded, but she has just arrived and without more history on her, we will call her a "mix". Avery, along with her brother Bruce, were found by a local county resident. He had kept them for about a week before calling the local animal control officer. The man said he would have kept them, but just could keep two additional dogs at his home. Avery is approx 10 -12 months old and weighs approx 45 lbs. She has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines, and is testing heart worm negative. She is on all monthly preventatives. Avery has apparently been around people and children before. She is great with both. She is good with other dogs and is very cat friendly. She and Bruce are being fostered together and they are a gentle and loving pair to each other. Avery is ready for transport at any time. More photos available.
