MEET BUBBLES....named so for his effervescent personality! This handsome, 16 lb, blond, 1.5-2 yr old Lhasa Apso boy was found in downtown Los Angeles following anyone who would pay attention to him. No leash, no collar, chasing after a man who obviously had no interest in him. His rescue angel, Nelly, say him and just called to him and he immediately jumped into her arms. "Oh, to belong to someone," he thought! Who would expect to see a beautiful, likely purebred Lhasa Apso to be wandering the streets without identification. This boy is a gem. He is happy, loveable, easy going, sweet, kissy and just a joy to have around. He loves toys, to give kisses of gratitude and he listens! We only wish we could know his story :( He was a mess when we found him, but look at him now! He is soft and cuddly and loves everyone....we haven't found one bad personality flaw! He is getting the hang of potty training and will need some obedience to learn some "no jumping on the table" manners, but other than that...this boy is a find, literally. He is now vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and most of all....loved. He is looking for his forever home....could that be with you? Have another dog for him to play with OR be around a lot for him, as we don't want him to ever long for attention again. And wait until you see him when you give him a belly rub!!! Nirvana here we come! Kids over 8 yrs old OK.

UPDATE!!!! Lhasa Happy Homes will be now holding our adoption events most every Sunday at ROVER KENNELS on Main Street in Santa Monica (check calendar link below for special events and directions). Rover is located at 2116 Main Street, in Santa Monica, CA. Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household. Main Street is famous for its innovative shops and is close to the beach! Make a day of it!! Metered parking on the street and free parking on 4th and Bicknell Streets.
Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household....and do some fantastic shopping at the same time! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!
