Bennett's Story...
Bennett, a Cattle Dog/ McNab mix, is intelligent and eager to learn! His mama is very well mannered and so smart, and we have no doubt Bennett will follow in her footsteps. Cattle Dogs make wonderful companions and friends! Bennett's Mom is very well mannered and so smart and we have no doubt this litter will follow closely in her footsteps!

Bennett was born in late April 2014, and has been fostered with dogs of all shapes and sizes, as well as cats, and a rescue horse. He loves children too!

Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet, loving, happy, and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates. It is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.

We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bennett, a Naugatuck Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog for sale in Naugatuck, or seeking a Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Naugatuck.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naugatuck already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naugatuck breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog breeders who help with Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naugatuck paves the way for another one to be saved.
