Buttercup's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Buttercup's Story...
Twisty Legs kittens (born June 2014) – Buttercup, Inigo, Westley, & Fezzik. They have twisted leg syndrome, where the tendons are too long/short in the wrong places.

Buttercup was the only girl in her litter. Her legs healed quickly, and she is now a bundle of energy. While she is half the size of her brother Fezzik, she jumps just as high, and is incredibly fast. She loves to chase toys through the air, and will fling herself around like she can never be hurt. When she is tired she will accept your affection, then demand that you play more again. Buttercup is an independent kitty, and loves to have the company of other cats and dogs.

All of our cats and kittens have been fostered in a home environment and are litter box trained, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and have been tested for FIV and FeLV prior to being made available for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buttercup, a Edmond Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Edmond, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Edmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
