My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shaggy and his littermates were rescued from a Tennessee shelter. Their mama, a silky terrier mix, was adopted and her babies left behind.

Shaggy, born in early June 2014, is just a loveable little boy. He's having a terrific time playing with the other dogs in his foster home, as well as his foster mama's young grandson, but he'd love to have his very own family!

Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet, loving, happy, and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates. It is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.

We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. Our adoption fee is $475 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, microchipping, and transport up to the Northeast.***
