Lilly's Story...
Hi! My name is Lilly. I'm a 3 month old Domestic Short hair. I have been de-wormed and am current for my vaccinations excluding my rabies. I have also already been spayed and micro-chipped. I do enjoy playing with toys, I could play almost all day long. I am a little nervous when being picked up but with some time I will come around. I am the type of cat that likes to come to you for love and attention, and if I do get grumpy I just need a little bit of time to get comfortable again. Once I am comfortable in my surroundings, I am the happiest kitten in the shelter. One last thing you should know is that I am from the City of Lloydminster and cannot go to a home in this city. Other than that, anywhere else is just great for me! Hope to go home with you soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Lloydminster Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
