found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Gilligan is very affectionate with his foster family and good with his foster siblings; he also seems to be fine with cats. He is however weary of strangers and strange dogs. He is looking for a home where an experienced dog owner can provide him with gentle but firm leadership; someone who is good at training dogs or is willing to work with a trainer to improve Gilligan's tolerance of strangers. At this point, Gilligan can only go to a calm home with little coming and going. Gilligan would do best in a single-family home with a securely fenced in yard.
If you are interested in finding out more about Gilligan, please fill out an application. Gilligan is being fostered in Somerville.
The adoption fee is $375.
Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
