Pluto was taken back to the kill shelter. They are full and owner surrenders are euthanized first. Here is his story.

"Pluto" is a year old neutered male plott hound adopted from the Unicoi County Animal Shelter in June. His owner is at her wit's end due to his hyperactivity complicated by her work schedule (12-15 hour days as a nurse). She put in a $3,000 fence in her back yard, pays a dog walker three times a week to walk and play with him. He is a sweet boy but He plays too roughly with her daughter's yorkie.
