Tessa's Story...
Tessa is truly your best friend. She is the happiest dog with so much love to give. She is just 5lbs of absolute cuteness, and just 9 weeks old. When I think of Tessa I think of a dog who truly deserves love and wants so much to have a forever home. The idea that someone dropped her at a High kill shelter with parvo and just left her there to die, i can not imagine what she was thinking. She has come through parvo completely fine, 100% healthy and even when she had her treatment she would give the vet a kiss as to say thank you for saving me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tessa, a West LA Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in West LA, or seeking a Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in West LA.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West LA already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West LA breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West LA paves the way for another one to be saved.
