My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Petra is a gorgeous female Pit-Bull, whom was adopted several years ago. She is absolutely beautiful, athletic, spayed and is current on her vaccinations and is good in the house and has basic obedience skills.

Unfortunately her previous adopters were not experienced with strong breeds and were unable to provide the necessary leadership that Petra was looking for and needed. Currently, Petra is looking for a strong pack leader who knows the breed and can bring experienced leadership along with being a great pack leader.

A bit more about Petra. She has a strong prey drive and loves to play ball. She is not a tough girl, but she is not a push over either. She has been working with a professional trainer and is making solid progress in overcoming some of her shortfalls. Petra loves to play and have fun and would do well with a strong, knowledgeable, and stable handler/pack leader.

She is a great dog and will make a great pet for the right leader. However, due to her prey drive we are not placing her into a home with children, cats, or small dogs.
