Nala #1698 is a sweet 1.5-year-old female, Boxer mix. Nala is almost fully kennel trained; she is smart and learns quickly! This 42-pound lap dog is leash trained, but still timid and will stay right by your side. Nala likes other dogs, but also likes her space. She has recently recovered from heartworms and after her 30 days of crate rest, this little girl has a clean bill of health and is ready to run and play. She comes out of her shell more and more every day and is seeking a loving home with an adopter who will continue to build confidence. We highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup, it stimulates the dog's mind, builds confidence and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship.
