Puck-Courtesy Post's Story...
Meet Puck, a playful handsome 4.5 year old Black Lab/Cocker Spaniel mix. He is a medium size 46 lb dog. He loves chasing squirrels and playing outside as well as being inside cuddling with his people. He is healthy and up to date on all his shots. He is good with kids and very affectionate. He needs a loving home with a fenced backyard for him to run and play. He is crated trained and will do just about anything for carrots (his treat of choice)!

Puck is a courtesy posting and is not offered for adoption by You Lucky Dog Rescue. YLDR explicitly disclaims any liability for any situation arising from the private adoption of this individual animal. Email Courtney at courtney@youluckydogrescue.org if you are interested in Puck. She will help put you in contact with the current owner.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Puck-Courtesy Post, a Alpharetta Cocker Spaniel/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel/Labrador Retriever for sale in Alpharetta, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Alpharetta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alpharetta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alpharetta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alpharetta paves the way for another one to be saved.
