Peggy's Story...

Peggy is an affectionate little girl, with beautiful markings and a wonderful coat. She enjoys lounging around the house, cuddling with people, and having her head scratched. Peggy has a very calm, quiet demeanor and loves to nap. But when she is in the mood likes to play with anything attatched to a string. She usually doesn't play with you for long though, she has a lot of napping to get through in a day.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peggy, a Vancouver Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
