Meet Jack Walker, an outgoing, friendly and affectionate wire-haired Jack Russell/Dachshund mix. At just over a year and a half years old, he has plenty of energy to go for walks and play, but is just as content to snuggle up for a movie on the couch. There is nothing Jack Walker loves more than curling up on your lap or being held in your arms.

Jack Walker loves meeting new dogs around the neighborhood and walks nicely on a leash, and he is always on the lookout for squirrels! Jack Walker loves anyone and everyone – people and dogs! Jack Walker loves people and wants to be around them all the time. He can be left at home while you are out, but needs plenty of chew toys to keep him occupied. He currently lives in a foster home with another dog, weighs about 15 pounds, is neutered, has his shots, and is micro-chipped. He is potty trained and never barks inside.
