Frank was born around July 27th, then confiscated in a backyard breeder bust. Mama is a darling 15 pound soft-as-cotton fluffy mix Maltese-Shih Tzu-Poodle mix, we have no idea about daddy.
All 5 of these babies are happy, bouncing, playful, fluffball boys.
