Addie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Addie's Story...
My name is Addie and I am just a 12 week old Golden Retriever mix puppy. Somebody found me abandoned at a gas station in Alabama and called AGK for help. I am your typical puppy - love everyone and everything including cats and small children. I always turn over to get my belly rubbed too! The best is I get to play with my foster sister - she and I have a BLAST. Now I am looking for a forever home where I don't have to worry about my next meal or when someone is going to love on me again. So if you are wanting to adopt the most adorable and most LOVABLE girl in the world, ask for me, Addie.

If interested in Addie, please visit our website www.adoptagoldenknoxville.org and fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Addie, a Foster Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Foster, or seeking a Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
