Could we BE any more excited to introduce you to our newest group of retired research beagles, the Friends crew?! Meet Chandler, our goofy, loveable, and handsome buddy who will be sure to make you laugh. Chandler loves dogs, cats and kids alike, and will be sure to add humor and smiles to any household.

If you're interested in adopting Chandler, please first read about our adoption process. Then, complete an adoption application found at www.happypawsrescue.org under the *ADOPT* tab, and email it to happypawsrescue@gmail.com. Chandler will be at our adoption day events on SUNDAYS from 12-4pm at the Piscataway, NJ Petco. Thank you for your interest in adopting!

You may not know it, but you might have a BEAGLE to thank for your medicines! Beagles are used for safety testing of human and veterinary medicines for the same reasons that they make good pets; they're small, relatively easy to handle, and gentle-natured. Where does Happy Paws Rescue come into the picture? On a regular basis, research facilities have healthy beagles that they no longer need. That's when they release the beagles to us. We provide foster homes, veterinary care, socialization, and eventually, forever homes for these sweet dogs. It gives us and you a chance to give back to the beagles that have sacrificed for the advancement of science. Please email us if you're ready to be a giant hero in the eyes of a little dog!
