I am already neutered and up to date with shots.
What’s going on? My name is Matt. I’m a 5-year-old Cocker Spaniel mix. I’m a special guy looking for a special family. Training with hand signals would be best for me since I’m deaf, but don’t let that scare you. I’m super sweet, playful & very affectionate. I love to play but I’m also into cuddling. I’d be great in an apartment or quiet home. I know how to walk quite nicely on a leash and love to go for strolls. Come take me for a spin down at High Sierra Animal Rescue. We could be the perfect match!

Why Adoption is a Great Option
Matt, a Portola Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Portola, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Portola.
Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portola already know the personality and tendencies
of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it
much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portola breeder,
or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for
a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of
You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home.
In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who
help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten
adopted in Portola paves the way for another one to be saved.
