Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hannah is a very special, calm and sweet, seven-year-old, 70-pound, female German Shepherd looking for a loving guardian.
Hannah is a very gentle, sensitive soul who lived on her own in the forest preserves of Southern Illinois all by herself for two years. She was finally caught but that was after people had shot her with BB guns (the bullets are still lodged in her chest) and she had been hit by a car which damaged her spine.
You wouldn’t know that Hannah is hurting because she doesn’t show it. She is fine with other dogs, perfectly housebroken and great on leash. She can’t really do stairs or go on long walks due to her past injuries. She’s looking for a very special Shepherd-lover to take her under their wing. She is currently living in a foster home where there are a lot of dogs. She does just fine, but she’s looking for fewer dogs and more individual attention.
To meet and possibly adopt Hannah, please contact Samantha at palsplace1@hotmail.com or 773-615-9864. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm-tested. Her adoption fee of $275 benefits Pals Place Rescue Group. She is being fostered in Chicago.
