Lennon's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lennon's Story...
Lennon is a super sweet boy who adjusts well to different situations. He came to us severely matted and neglected but he has bounced back and you would never know. He is affectionate. He has adapted to several foster brothers and sisters of similar size. He plays well with them. He is small enough to be a lap dog but sturdy too. He is great on a leash. If you'd like to meet Lennon email info@FORrescue.net or go to www.forrescue.net to fill out an application. He is HW negative, on prevention and up to date on routine shots and is microchipped and neutered. Don't you have a song in your heart for Lennon?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lennon, a Nashville Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
