Sebastian wants to know, "Can we talk?!" Sebastian loves to talk and will love to hear you talk back to him. :). He loves his people and the other pets he is with, and is around 12 weeks old. He was rescued from a high kill shelter, and is one lucky boy! He LOVES dogs and other cats, and he would love to share a home with another companion animal. He is sharing a foster home with our foster kittens Frodo and Phoebe, whom are also up for adoption. Sebastian is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, FIV negative, and parasite free.
