Vegas, a sweet and gentle little guy, is looking for a home where he can be pampered and spoiled. He was dropped off at a shelter as a stray. His coat was so horribly matted, he had to be shaved down to the skin. He had sores all over his little body and the animal control officer explained that those sores were caused by the numerous embedded seed ticks that had to be removed. Even with all this horrid neglect that Vegas endured, you won’t find a sweeter, friendlier little fella anywhere. Skinny at 8.5 pounds he now weighs around 11.9 pounds and still could stand another pound or two. His silky white coat with apricot tinged ears has finally grown out and he will go to the groomer soon. When he does, new pictures will be added. Vegas is guesstimated to be 3 years old. Vegas is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for heartworms. Vegas rides well in a car, gets along well with other dogs, and walks well on a leash.
