My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Gabby. I lost my elderly owner recently as he had to go to a nursing home. I am 8 years old and very calm, mellow, and laid back. I would do best in a quiet home without small children or other rowdy pets. I can walk up stairs but haven’t mastered the going down part, so I prefer to be carried. I love to be near my person so someone who can spend lots of time with me would be perfect. I love to have head and neck rubs and occasionally I grab a toy and walk around with it. I like meeting new people especially if they give me lots of attention and lovings. Foster mom says I’m not a fan of cats as I like to chase and bark at the ones in my foster home. My house training is pretty positive if you know my signal - I scratch/claw on the carpet so that means I need to go out soon. Car rides are also a fun thing to do, I enjoy them and do well. Gabby is up to date on all shots, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchipped, de-wormed, had a dental and spayed. Gabby’s adoption fee is $250.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
