Here's what the humans have to say about me:
One day a well meaning person put me in a box and took me to Animal Control. The one thing he forgot was a lid for the box. I was only four weeks old and terrified. So I did the only thing I could think of and jumped out the box and hid under the seat. Apparently I wasn't supposed to do that and the man and an officer tried to get me out. Being totally alone and scared out of my mind I tried to defend myself. But I scratched the officer so I had to go into quarantine for 10 days and that made things worse. I only got more scared. No friends to play with and who knows where my family was. Because I was so scared and hissy they gave a scary thing -a day to be euthanized. they did not think there was a chance for me to be socialized and grow up into a nice kitty.
After my time was up a special foster said she wanted to give me a chance to see if I could be socialized. I like her home and she loves me, and feeds me, plays with me, but most importantly she gave me a chance. She also gave me a name that matched my personality. Rascal -because by the time I had been with her for a little while I turned into a playful, fun, curious, and precious young kitten. Or so I've been told.
I would love to find a home where I can run and explore and maybe make a new friend. I love other kitties. Would you like to give a chance?
