Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little CeCe is a lovable little girl who is timid at first. We think she may have had a rough life to begin with, but is realizing the love that humans can give her. She weighs probably 12 lbs or so. Loves to be cuddled, is wonderful with other dogs. She is mellow, but we think a playful side will come out, once she is more comfortable. She is about 1-2 years old.
