Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mia is a 9 year old yellow Lab, but don’t let her age fool you. She gets along great with dogs and kids, and completely ignores the cat. Mia is very affectionate and loves to be brushed and petted. She would be a lap dog if you let her. She is calm in the house but still gets bursts of playfulness when she will play with her toys or fetch a tennis ball. She would probably love a home with another playful dog or someone willing to play with her. She is a great watch dog and will bark to let you know someone is there but stops when you tell her it’s okay. She loves going for walks and calms nicely after the first minute or so. It’s a good thing since she is a big girl with some weight to lose. Mia is a big girl with an even bigger heart. Don’t miss your chance to adopt her.
If interested in adopting Mia, an adoption application can be found online at www.seniordoghaven.org under the Adoption Process tab. Questions can be directed to info@seniordoghaven.org.
